What Standards does Amandla Lifting comply with?
A Certified Lifting Machinery Inspector (LMI) whom is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and also registered to inspect such specified equipment. The company must also be registered as a Lifting Machinery Entity (LME) at the Department of Labour in South Africa. Our LME registration number is 565.

At what intervals should my lifting equipment be legally inspected?

- Lifting Tackle (harnesses, chain blocks, lever blocks, shackles, ladders) – requires a register and colour coding.
- 6 Monthly:

- Annually:
- Load Testing is required by DMR18.5 to be done yearly with inspection.
